Earlier this month Bing announced that the Bing Local Listing Center had been transition to the Bing Business Portal.  The new system, which is in Beta, came with a new look, some new glitches, and individual comic frames as help tutorials for the process.  Below are the individual frames combined into on single comic strip in the order they appear during setup.
